1. First, install an app called VPN tether via playstore. Don't open it first.
2. Open your VPN app like slowdns and connect it to establish the VPN connection as usual.
3. Now open your hotspot and connect your PC to the WiFi. At this point, your PC still can't browse.
4. Now open VPN tether app and press start. Your PC should now browse but if it refuses then change your computer's DNS to 196.201.216.21 or another good DNS like 8.8.8.8. Remember to follow the steps
